The PXS Dental laser sintering machine from Phenix Systems allows dental labs to automate the production of fixed and removable prosthetic frameworks. The benefits of automation are increased output, reduced production costs, and significantly greater accuracy of the final product. The manufacturing file is created using Phenix Dental V4 software, included with each PXS Dental system. The software’s open architecture will interface with any 3D STL format file. The material used to create the finished prosthetics is Cobalt-Chromium powder (ST2724G). ST2724G is nickel free for optimal biocompatibility and is CE certified. PXS Dental is also capable of producing parts using a wide variety of other powders, including Titanium.
