Already well known for strong after-sale support, A-dec formally introduced this policy in order to further back their dealers and support customers.

They are located on-site at the company's Newberg, Oregon headquarters and in one of their global facilities, in order to assist A-dec's worldwide network of authorized dealers and dentists with installation, operation, and maintenance questions.
