Keystone Industries Acquires Enamelite

Posted on Thursday, September 25, 2014

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – As a part of continuing expansion into the dental manufacturing business, Keystone Industries announced they have acquired Enamelite, a company with leading product designs using nano-particle size technology to produce spray ceramics and powders for dental use. With this acquisition, Keystone strengthens their role as a leading manufacturer for the dental industry, able to deliver more high-quality patented products that Enamelite has to offer while maintaining their well-known, quality reputation.

James Vinson, one of the main managing partners for Enamelite, suddenly passed away in March 2013, delivering a shock to the entire company and everyone who knew him. In order for the legacy of Enamelite’s modern technology to live on, partnering with a leader in the dental field such as Keystone Industries promises to ensure that its legacy continues. The Enamelite company structure will stay intact, as the formula that has been created and legacy of the company will continue to build through this acquisition.

“The synergies of our fast-paced, growing profession worldwide demands new products as dentistry evolves into the future, encouraging us to think outside the box and blend our technologies to stand the test of time.” said Phillip Pitts, Director of Technology Development at Enamelite. “We are very excited with this merger going forward, knowing together we can accomplish great strides towards new innovations for all dental professionals.”

Enamelite will be headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

“At the end of the day, it’s about delivering a quality product at the best price to our customers. A quality product is exactly what Enamelite delivers, as shown through their effective product design and patented-technology. With our latest acquisition, we continue to diversify our offerings of innovative products and add experienced educated members to our team,” said Otto Voit, President of the Keystone Dental Group.
