Patient Management Skills: Focus on Effective Phone Skills and Conflict Resolution

The American Association of Dental Office Managers is offering a course designed for those new to the dental front office (5 years or less of experience).

All modules are online webinars, and you learn at your own pace. Meet monthly with your instructor and fellow students for teleconferences on each subject. All calls are recorded and available for playback.

•   Identify which key pieces of information to collect during the initial patient call

•   Be able to handle patient objections and concerns with grace

•   Create an environment in which the patient feels comfortable and appreciated
