CAD/CAM Denture System

Nobilium is developing a new CAD/CAM Denture System that uses a denture base “puck,” a mill, and software to make denture teeth as a denture is milled. The puck, called “DentureDisc™,” is placed in a mill and is then used as a mold to form artificial teeth in multiple layers, whereby the teeth are chemically bonded to the denture base.
