KOMET DentinPost root posts are prefabricated, tapered root posts largely composed of unidirectional special glass fibers to ensure high stability.  These posts feature a modulus of elasticity similar to that of dentin, to provide an esthetically pleasing result, and offer radiopacity.  All partially destroyed teeth that are reinforced or built up with DentinPosts can serve as prosthetic abutments and can be used with all-ceramic partial crowns, crowns and veneers, without any undesired alterations in color.
