JUVORA Dental Disc

The JUVORA Dental Disc, made entirely from a high performance PEEK polymer manufactured in accordance with ISO13485, has been used as an implantable material for over a decade in more than four million implantable medical devices. FDA cleared indications include full and partial removable dentures and implant overdentures.  The disc, 98mm in diameter, is available in a range of thicknesses, each with the option for a stepped or unstepped edge. Used in CAD/CAM workflows, the high-purity, off-white polymer is lightweight, biocompatible, highly wear and abrasion resistant and can be milled in 4- or 5-axis open systems.
