GC Milling Center

The precise scanning, designing and milling technology present at GC Advanced Technologies’ GC Milling Center has received high acclaim worldwide. Through years of dedicated research, the Milling Center’s CAD/CAM systems are now able to efficiently fabricate various kinds of prosthesis such as high strength Zirconia abutments, copings and bridges.  The GM1000 is an ultra high-speed, high-accuracy 5-axis machine with an exceptionally compact machine size and footprint. This milling unit is equipped with a work pallet system with a capacity of 60 clinical cases resulting in a 24h/24h full automatic running. Because of its high-accuracy and ultra high-speed indexing times, cycle times during simultaneous 5-axis machining are greatly reduced.
