31mm SafeSiders®

Essential Dental Systems, Inc. (EDS) has expanded its line of endodontic instrumentation and is now offering their SafeSiders® in 31mm length for clinicians seeking longer instrument lengths. SafeSiders are a series of patented flat-sided instruments designed by endodontists to eliminate the fear of separating instruments. SafeSiders reduce instrument engagement in root canals, allowing faster advancement with less resistance, and can be pre-bent to conform to any canal shape. SafeSiders also reduce instrument stress and improve durability so that clinicans can experience increased instrument flexibility without needing to sacrifice strength. SafeSiders are an affordable solution for endodontic root canal therapy, and for the first time, clinicians are able to replace instruments when they dull, not because they fear breakage.  All SafeSiders can be used by hand or in the Endo-Express® reciprocating handpiece. SafeSiders instruments are also available in 21mm and 25mm lengths.
