Advanced Esthetics and Interdisciplinary Dentistry

Advanced Esthetics and Interdisciplinary Dentistry is published four times per year as a supplement to Inside Dentistry. As its name implies, the primary focus of the journal is to discuss the inter-relationships between the various specialties of dentistry—especially as they relate to improving esthetics and function—and why it so imperative that general practitioners and specialists work together as a cohesive unit for the benefit of the patient. Each issue includes a peer-reviewed Continuing Education course (accredited by Tufts University), an in-depth case study, and a short technique overview. The editor-in-chief, Frank M. Spear, DDS, MSD, is the founder and director of the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Seattle, Washington.

The Middle East Journal of Oral Health

A dual-university affiliation with the Hebrew University—Hadassah School of Dental Medicine and Al Quds University Dental School makes this new publication an historic undertaking. Through a cooperative effort between these schools, The Middle East Journal of Oral Health seeks to mirror and extend the mission of Hadassah’s D. Walter Cohen Center for Middle East Dental Education. That mission is to play a role in building peace through education, cooperation, and mutual study among Middle Eastern oral healthcare professionals. The Middle East Journal of Oral Health will give that mission a region-wide voice, providing an ongoing forum for dental education without boundaries. Each issue will feature a mini thematic series along with regular departments featuring clinical content on functional restorative dentistry.
