CAP to Host Fall Izir Training

Posted on Monday, September 29, 2014

Custom Automated Prosthetics has announced they will host Fall Izir Training on Friday, October 17.

This full-day program will include a complete clinical and laboratory protocol for predictable case planning. This protocol has been developed for a practical, predictable, profitable result for full-contour implant-supported screw-retained zirconia restorations. They will discuss cantilevers, connectors, design considerations, and implant components needed. They will have a demonstration of CAD designing the full arch using 3Shape, a CAM demo, and discussion on sintering blocks. There will be an introduction to 5-axis milling, Izir verification bridge, finishing green state zirconia, multi shading green state zirconia, sintering large bridges, and gum porcelain applications. In addition, there will be discussion on the 2-CONnect abutment system.

Attendees can expect to know the entire protocol for Izir bridge fabrication - both clinical and laboratory phases. Completion of this program will provide all the working knowledge to communicate the process with dentists and successful production of patient cases.

The event will be at CAP, 85 Maple St., Stoneham, MA 02180. Tuition is $800, and there will be eight scientific CEU credits earned. Guests may ask for the CAP corporate rate at the Marriott Courtyard in Woburn, Massachusetts, by calling 781-938-9001.
