Advanced CAD/CAM Technology Evens Playing Field

Solid/Full Zirconia Restorations Yield Same Results in Fit & Esthetics

Figure 1 | For more than 25 years, offering competitively priced premium products with exceptional service and uncompromised quality has been Trident Dental Laboratories’ mission. Trident’s leading edge and latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology resulted in mastering and delivering the highest quality zirconia restorations available. Their strength is no longer questionable and greater esthetics exceed the expectations of dentists and patients alike.

Solid/Full Zirconia and TRICONia™ Layered Zirconia restorations that are designed and milled with CAD/CAM technology yield the same results in fit and esthetics. Solid/Full Zirconia crowns and bridges are monolithic, requiring no porcelain overlay, and deliver a flexural strength of 850 MPa. Emphasis is placed on every Solid/Full Zirconia and TRICONia Layered restoration fabricated to produce exceptional contacts, occlusion, and contours. Marginal integrity is maintained to ensure delivery of a precision fit, functionality, and esthetics. Once these full or layered zirconia restorations are cemented, dentists do not have to contend with patients returning with shredded or delaminated crowns, fractured porcelain, or metal showing through the crown.

Solid/Full Zirconia is virtually fracture-free. These restorations are also indicated for use as crowns under partials and screw-retained implant crowns. TRICONia Layered Zirconia is highly translucent with exceptional esthetics to blend naturally among existing teeth, making it the ideal restoration of choice for the anterior region. Both are an esthetic replacement for full cast and porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations.

Solid/Full Zirconia and TRICONia crowns and bridges deliver the strength and esthetics that dentists and patients expect and demand.
