Align Technology, Inc. and 3M announced that the 3M™ True Definition scanner has been qualified for use with Invisalign case submission, which requires an intraoral scanner that can readily capture an accurate full arch digital impression. This qualification will now enable Invisalign providers with a True Definition scanner to submit a digital impression in place of a traditional PVS impression as part of the Invisalign case submission process.
