Chairside Whitening Gel
Sapphire™ Chairside Whitening Gel from Den-Mat Corporation is specially developed to work with the Sapphire Light for optimum whitening. Both arches brighten up to 10 shades. ReVeneer™ Ceramic Fracture Repair System
ReVeneer™ is a new system for repairing ceramic fractures in the mouth. This system, developed by Schutz Dental Group, Inc, uses only a primer, repair paste, and composite. ReVeneer requires no acid-etching and is, therefore, safe for intraoral use. The advantages are high bond strength, ease of use, and compatibility with all conventional curing lamps and composite systems. ReVeneer is available in a full repair system or economical adhesive from Schutz Dental Group, Inc, or your local distributor. For more information call 1-866-922-1484 or visit www.sdginnovations.com.

OptiDisc Finishing and Polishing System
OptiDisc is a 3-step finishing and polishing disc system used to produce a natural, high gloss shine in convex surfaces of composite fillings as well as other restorative surfaces (ie, glass ionomers, amalgam, semiprecious and precious metals). These flexible discs are translucent for optimal viewing of the work area and contain a color-coded ring to indicate grit size. OptiDisc features a patented retention system in which the mandrel does not extend the disk, preventing metal traces on the composite surface. For more information call 1-800-537-7123 or visit www.kerrdental.com.

Patients Can Submit Health Histories Online
SubmitPatientForms.com has launched its new Web site giving a dentist’s new or existing patients a choice to register and fill out their HIPAA agreement, medical, and dental forms online before they come into the office. This easy, private, and convenient service is free to patients, and doctors pay a low monthly fee. Medical problems and conditions, allergies, insurance verification, and/or the necessity for pre-medication can be identified before the patient arrives, allowing their charts to be red-flagged. This service is available for practices with or without their own Web sites. Go to www.SubmitPatientForms.com for details.
